This is less of a job and more a way of life! All our crew engaged on Cruise Ship and Yachts, is aware of life on board. The ship navigating crew are highly qualified and extremely serious about their jobs. Being on duty all the time, having to smile all the time, having to be courteous and polite all the time. Though most of the time it is enjoyable. This is why the cruise ship job is meant only for those who are peoples people. Working on the ship means being on duty almost round the clock.
