To ensure adequate consideration of recommendations by the IMO, the National and Flag State Administrations, Classification Societies and Maritime Industry Organizations. To protect physical values using " state of the art" planned maintenance systems. To generate a fair profit in order to remain successful in the markets covered by the Principals. Health, safety and social environmental matters have priority over the basic commercial business objectives. Qualified services provided by Promar Ltd. are based on well structured shore organization with clearly defined duties, responsibilities, competence and training. An efficient co-operation and communication system is established between us and our Principals and Clients to ensure that Promar Ltd. act as integrated unit. Ships are to be manned in accordance with the requirements of the flag states and international regulations. Masters, Officers and Ratings must be qualified, certified and experienced in their duties. This qualification level has to be maintained by regular training and education.
